RETURNS AND REFUNDS
🚚 What is your return policy?
We are a small firm, and we simply do not have the size nor volume to offer unrestricted returns.
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of receiving our product, keep the product and send us an email explaining the issue. We will give you store credit of up to 50% of the cost of the item (not including shipping).
🚚 There is something wrong with the items I received, what do I do?
If you are referring to a defect, damage, or not what you ordered, please take a photo of the issue and send us an email at info@swisspublishers.com explaining the problem.
We will contact Amazon to determine the next steps.
Please send the return via your local Post Office. Please retain the postage receipt from the Post Office, so we can keep an eye on the progress of your order if needed. If we do not receive it and you do not have the receipt, we cannot credit your purchase.
Swiss Publishers Inc. does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
🚚 I did not receive my order, what do I do?
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Amazon, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
- The shipping address does not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled
- The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on the Amazon system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
Swiss Publishers Inc. does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Congratulations, it is a long hard task. We are open to reviewing manuscripts, however, please ensure that they are typed, well written, and free of basic errors. Send us an email with some details to submissions@swisspublishers.com. We will review it and get back to you with further details. We cannot return manuscripts, therefore, do not send your original copy. We contact only those we are interested in working with at the moment. Don’t take rejection personally, it is not a critique, rather more a reflection of our current interests.
